KENKEN INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP
KenKen International Championship (KIC) is competitive puzzling competition based on the world famous KenKen Puzzles that is considered to be even better than Sudoku.
Kenken International Championship is a great tool to encourage and motivate students to solve few Kenken puzzles regularly and improve their skills.
According to parents and teachers, Kenken has helped students ignite their interest towards math puzzling, which ultimately helps them to improve their number sense and reasoning skills.
Kenken is wonderful for educators as well. It is recognized by NCTM (The National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, USA) as a powerful tool to build math fluency, reasoning skills, and problem solving aptitude in a fun and engaging way.
Although Kenken International Championship has only been around in the UAE for two years now, we have had a participation of more than 15000 students from more than 175 schools, which we are expecting to increase to 35,000 in 2018.
We also have business partners in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Pakistan and Egypt to conduct KIC in their respective countries.

Through Skillbloc, we strive to draw from all our varied experience to bring the best supplementary educational programs to our students. Our programmes are more than just educational, they are architects of mindsets towards a new form of learning, to be developed in every student that participates.
We teach young people to use technology to create, and in the process help them develop soft skills such as communication and teamwork.
We run holiday camps and after school courses to provide STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) training through classes like Video Game Design, Mobile App Design, and Robotics. We also provide STEAM workshops and seminars for schools and colleges, along with teacher training, and conduct a school level robotics competitions. Our consultation services include advice for robotics labs and makers’ space setup, and robotics curriculum design and integration.
